Website Annual Review
Navigate Design can offer a special annual review of your website. This involves:
- A meeting at the Navigate Design offices, Petersfield, for up to 90 minutes to discuss your site and your new requirements
- A written review of the meeting with agreed requirements and our recommendations
- A costed proposal if you wish Navigate to proceed with changes to your site and /or a new site proposal (if on a Navigate website support package, you may use your support time from that month towards changes to be made).
£350 one off cost
Terms and Conditions
Support Details
Navigate’s support contracts are for a minimum of six months and will be invoiced monthly thereafter. It is retainer based, although one month of support only can be rolled forward.
If you decide not to choose one of our packages, as a valued client you can still take advantage of Navigate’s support, but all responses by Navigate to emails, telephone calls, requests for web changes and uploads etc will be charged for on a job by job basis and costed accordingly at our standard hourly rate of £100/hour with a 2-working day response time to your request.
Support contracts are payable in advance and support starts upon receipt of first payment.
Please note that if we do not control your hosting, we cannot provide back ups or hacking and security breach support.
* includes making changes, investigating issues with your website, telephone and email support. Changes which are substantial and/or fall outside of your allocated time will be costed for your approval.
** check for broken links, test contact forms, shopping carts and other interactive elements
*** your website constantly monitored to ensure that it is live with alerts
Please note that support is available during the working week only. Exceptions to this are: Bank Holidays and between Christmas and New Year where support will be significantly reduced.
