Crisis management involves supporting and advising a client through potential issues or a crisis when the media give them negative or unscheduled attention.
 
Navigate will work with clients so that they have a plan in place in advance. This plan will enable the client to react appropriately and minimize the negative impact of bad publicity on their business or organization, or more positively to capitalize on opportunities as they arise.
 
With additional staff and resources available at short notice and out of hours, Navigate can look after the media, while you look after the business at hand.

We can also provide valuable media training with top quality journalists to prepare clients for media interviews in the press, TV or radio.
