Warrior Business School
03/03/2007
It’s all about thinking outside the box. Or outside of this country, to be precise. Part of Navigate’s role is to work with businesses to develop their marketing approach.
An important element of this, often overlooked, is personnel and team building. We work with a number of companies providing models for personnel training, and part of this is done in partnership with our associate, Warrior Business School.
Together we have produced a fascinating business model. It concentrates on how the Kenyan Maasai Warriors run their lives and compares this to how we run business in the 21st Century. These insights are both thought provoking and challenging. Navigate is taking a party of up to 20 business executives from the local area to Kenya for a week-long workshop, where we will explore this concept in detail and learn from these extraordinary tribesmen, in order to aid personal and business development. Government grants are available to support this project.
This is certainly a unique opportunity – if you are interested, please contact us for more information.
