Navigate needs Sales/PR/Admin Assistant

A Sales/PR/Admin Assistant is required to join Navigate, a successful Hampshire-based marketing communications agency.
We have an expanding portfolio of top clients.
You will have proven full-time salaried experience in the following areas:
- Liaising on a daily basis with clients and suppliers, via telephone and email.
- Providing support to the internal administration team.
- Taking minutes and writing reports.
- Working with a specialist team in design, copywriting, web development, PR and marketing.
- Strong skills in Excel, Word and other software.
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced agency.
- Knowledge of social media such as Facebook and Twitter.
- Working experience of PR is an advantage liaising with journalists and following up press releases.
You will work at the Navigate company offices in Petersfield.
