Navigate joins prestige PR network
19/06/2012

Navigate have become members of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), a hugely respected and valuable PR support and development organization. The CIPR describes itself as "the voice of the Public Relations profession”.
This step is of great benefit to Navigate and to clients,” says Gareth Gammon, MD of Navigate. "Membership of the CIPR brings access to many resources that will improve and broaden our PR skill set.
"We also receive regular updates on important news, case studies, trends and issues in the wider PR world, as well as a subscription to PRWeek. Our information is always up to the minute.”
The CIPR’s huge database of contacts and many networking events provide great opportunities for meeting other people and making business contacts.
Membership is offered to PR practitioners on an individual basis. There are members from all sectors, and from those working in–house to consultancies, independent and freelance practitioners, nationally and internationally.
The CIPR is dedicated to helping members to develop. "As the individual member I get access to learning resources and tools,” Gareth adds. "I can also track how our skills and knowledge are developing through CPD (continuous professional development).
"CIPR support and advice mean that Navigate can work better, faster and smarter in our PR service. We are delighted to have been welcomed as members.”
