Navigate delivers a dedicated digital service

Digital ServicesNavigate’s suite of digital services has different layers, ranging from a basic offering through to a strategic approach including website and online marketing. We first discuss the requirements and options with the client and then we draft a brief, with input from each appropriate area of our Digital Services. 


The brief advises clients what is available, the costs and the timetable. Once the written brief is agreed, Navigate then undertakes a series of internal processes, which are clearly understood and faithfully followed by staff and sub-contractors. Customers have access to and knowledge of these processes, which ensure that they receive an integrated, dedicated and professional service.


Treina Smyth, a well-established marketing consultant with experience in Europe and the US, has been appointed Head of Navigate Digital Services to look after clients in this area. "One of the key aspects to working with our clients, especially in the digital space, is ensuring that they are fully aware of and sign up to a work schedule for their project,” Treina says. 


"I consider it of paramount importance to keep clients informed of any movement in the schedule and the reasons behind it. We are committed to providing excellent account management with continuous communication.”


Support packages for web clients run on a monthly basis and are offered at three different levels – according to client requirements and the digital team's advice. "There are many times that clients need help with amendments to their site, have a design query or require assistance with content and marketing,” Treina explains "We can provide this, with excellent response times through our dedicated web monthly support packages.”
