Downland Housing Association, part of the Affinity Group, is one of the largest and most progressive social landlords in the UK. As part of its commitment to communicating with its residents, Downland asked Navigate to produce a regular A4 magazine.
Full of useful information, features, news stories and top tips, the magazine forms a vital element of Downlands interaction with its stakeholders. "Navigate is delighted to offer a complete production service for Downland" elaborated Gareth Gammon, Managing Director.
"From client supplied word documents, our design studio creates a fantastic glossy magazine. We print the magazine, place it in envelopes, label and deliver to the resident’s door - a complete publishing package." The social housing sector is, of course, high on the agenda of government and Navigate is pleased to offer communications expertise to housing associations.
