Combined Communications

Combining digital with traditional marketing makes sound sense to get your message across to a wide audience. Watford Community Housing Trust (WCHT), a relatively new client of Navigate, are using several marketing methods to attract volunteers to work with them.

Navigate has designed for WCHT a colourful 4-page leaflet with a resounding call to action – "Make a difference in your community”. There is also a simple explanation of the characteristics needed for volunteering, what the volunteers will do, and the benefits of being a volunteer.

The leaflet has testimonials and a form for the prospective volunteers to fill in.

The 5,600 leaflets are supported by a complementary micro-website, designed and built by Navigate. This has similar reader-friendly content with an online form at: www.wcht.org.uk/joinin

In addition, Navigate has produced a poster and advertisements for selected local press for WCHT. At the same time, Navigate has been asked to provide its expert services in producing a consultative document for rebuilding the Leavesden Green Community Centre.

WCHT has found that Navigate’s range of services and skills can help produced a multi-layered marketing strategy with strong promotional material in a range of different media.
